From the Case

It began as a typical college party. Laughing. Drinking. Fun. But before the night is over, one womans life will be forever changed.

The envy of her sorority sisters, Charlotte Byme (Alison Smith) has everything. Looks. Popularity. And Wesley (Jay Inderwood), a boyfriend in a fraternity with a well-deserved reputation for its chauvinistic exploits. But one night Charlotte attends a party without Wesleyand falls prey to the overtures of his frat brother Jim, a devious womaniser. Not one to take no for an answer, Jim isolates and forces Charlotte into an unwanted sexual encounter. And that's just the beginning of her nightmare. Wesley learns of the incident and blaming Charlotte breaks up with her. Jim trivialises and boasts of his "conquest". Shes ostracised by her sorority sisters. But with help from a campus support group, Charlotte finds her courage and decides to take legal action. In the tradition of 'The Accused' and 'Extremities' what follows is a profile in strength that leaves none of her values of friendships unchallengedand justice hanging in the balance.

Zoes Review

First of all, I have to say this. If Holly is reading this, from what I have been told about what is on the Internet you are not so comfortable with this film being available. I wont go into the reason's why, but would just like to say after watching the film I can understand why and apologise to you if the review on this page offends in any way it is not my intention. It is just here because the film is part of your career. For anybody else who might want to see this film for the wrong reasons, don't bother.

I'm not going to say too much about the film, because I think the text from the case says most of it. I think the plot puts across a convincing and important argument in a sensible way. As for Holly's part in the film, she plays Sharon, which is a small but important role. Sharon picks Wesley and Jim up in a bar, and they spend the night at his Wesley's place. The next day Sharon realises something isn't right. Holly looked distinctly uncomfortable throughout her scenes in this film and she appeared to be visibly shaking at times, I don't think this role suited her at all.

If you are a genuine fan of Holly, this one is to be avoided, she is only in the film for 5 to10 minutes and is not playing a character which is right for her.

Don't waste your money.
